This brochure was actually published at the very beginning of the planning and construction phases of the Twin Towers. The initial plans were made public in 1960 and the project finally accepted in 1961. You will notice that the image is actually a model diagram. The brochure explains the upcoming project and what it will do for the region. The inauguration ceremony of the two towers took place in April 1973.
