Rare book published in 1982. It is the work of a very young photographer at the time: Jonathan Rosen. The latter grew up in the Bronx. For 5 years, he photographed his friends downstairs from his home and in his neighborhood. “These photographs grew out of my obsession for silver and black tones, and the local night activities of my peers. For Five years I Hung out with my camera as these ideas coalesced into the photographs in this book. My only criteria was to capture whatever took place, at night, on the street, with the people I was with.The photographs were taken at three different locations in the neighborhood I grew up in“. Very beautiful book which reflects an atmosphere in the New York suburbs.
