Very rare poster produced for the launch of the Air Jordan IV in 1989. A close-up of Mars Blackmon, the character invented and played by Spike Lee in 1986 for his film Nora Darling, can be found there as he pleases; character that we will find in the advertising campaigns of Nike at the end of the 80s to promote the Air Jordan brand. This poster is an icon for an entire generation as it marked both an innovative collaboration between a promising young director and the greatest basketball player of all time and the beginnings of a worldwide craze for sports shoes (sneakers ).
