One of the French rock magazines that marked its time. For good reason: he was the first and for a long time the only one to deal with the American, English and French punk-rock scene. Founded by Michel Esteban, manager of Harry Cover, the first Parisian concept store, Rock News had an ephemeral existence (a few numbers) but remains in the memories of many French fans of the time. In this issue of February 1976, The spotlight is on the New York underground scene with Mink DeVille, Wayne County, Talking Heads, the Dolls, Heartbreakers, the Ramones, Patti Smith, Television… a condensed version of New York rock.
