An original promotional poster for the 1981 New Order album Movement.The group’s first album, it was released in November, a year after Ian Curtis’ suicide and the end of Joy Division. With rare exceptions, this album had not met with great critical success. But Movement would later become an important album and above all it introduced a certain musical revolution. the sleek and clean graphics are the work of Peter Saville, legendary Factory Records graphic designer. Rare in this condition.
