At a time when breakdance and Flashdance are shaking up the youth, the Melody Maker is devoting its cover to Jeffrey Daniel of the group Shalamar. The artist has just left the group. The title, if it refers to the film mentioned above, also pays tribute to Daniel’s talent as a dancer. Indeed this one will remain known to have been the choreographer of Michael Jackson and the inventor of the Moon-Walk which he will perform live in Top of the Pops in 1982.
