Book of photographs dedicated to the famous Parisian nightclub founded in 1978 by Jacques Renaud and Fabrice Coat. The book only deals with the end of 80’s and the 90s, when the Guetta couple took over the management of the place (after the Boukobza / Challe period). These years are marked by a change of mood. The club turns more to funk and electro music. The jet-set and the international showbizz crowd to spend their nights there. We find Kate Moss, Robert de Niro, Karl Lagerfeld, Puff Daddy, Grace Jones, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Madonna, Prince, Gainsbourg, Mick Jagger… We find through these pages a special atmosphere which made the Bains-Douches one of the great places of the night.
