Founded by artist and photographer David Schmidlapp, underground periodical par excellence, true underground fanzine, The International Graffiti Times (I.G. Times) is the first newspaper devoted to the art of the street. Its publication lasted 10 years (1984-1994) and Phase 2 occupied the post of Artistic Director in 1986. Work of genius by the richness of its model, of its content, by the graphics, the arrangement of the pages, the I.G. Times is a fundamental witness and propagator of the original spirit of Street Art.
