Mel Rosenthal offers a deeply human vision of the Bronx, a series of portraits of its inhabitants (all photographs were taken between 1975 and 1983). It’s a story of survival in the midst of crumbling buildings. A very beautiful book which is differentiated by this positive approach and not only attracted by obscurity.
