Flyer for the casting of the main character of the movie Flashdance: Raven (who will eventually become “Alex”). Rare document on one of the most outstanding mainstream films of the early 80s. Directed by Adrian Lyne, Flashdance was released in theaters in April 1983 in the United States. To find the main actress, Paramount organized a national casting. Demi Moore, Leslie Wing and Jennifer Beals were the three finalists. It is the latter who is involved. The film album sold more than twenty million copies worldwide.
