Rare poster from the Fashion Moda art gallery founded by Stefan Eins in the South Bronx. The poster shows Jesus Christ opening his tunic and revealing the Superman logo. This poster (and others from Fashion Moda) was exhibited at MoMA in New York in 2009 during the “Looking at Music: Side 2 “exhibition.

Founded in 1978 by Stefan Eins, Fashion Moda was one of the most innovative and visionary galleries of its time. First installed in an area where no one wanted to settle or venture there (The Bronx), it was a decisive platform for exchange between the trendy circles of Soho downtown and the graffiti artists of the Bronx and from around.
