A fascinating book, little known and worth reading. It is about a photographic report carried out in 1978 in the dancehalls of the region of Emilia-Romagna in Italy. The end of the 70s (wherever in Western countries) was a time marked by disco and night club fever. Gabriele Basilico offers a very Italian vision where all generations come together to dance on Saturday evening. The artist also leaves a place in the book to the decorations and furniture so characteristic of these years. A unique atmosphere emerges from this report.
