Very nice original poster for the exhibition organized in Amsterdam in June 1979 at the Art Something gallery. This exhibition was devoted to American punk art with small scale works, publications, video and photography. This exhibition was directed by Marc Miller, Ringma and Hoppe who had already organized the historical exhibition on punk art in Washington DC in May-June 1978. We find associated with this exhibition artists like Alan Vega, Robert Mapplethorpe, Neke Carson and John Holmstrom (the founder of Punk Magazine). We find this striking visual of the Mona Lisa vandalized by Graffiti and its broken frame, the ultimate provocation against the establishment.
