Artistically directed by Prosper Assouline (who would then manage the Palace Magazine), Album Magazine only had two issues (the first was published in July-August 1978). On the cover, model Jerry Hall. An interview with the director of the Prestige agency looks back on the discovery of the American model. Album is a magazine in the image of the end of the 70s. It leaves a large place for fashion photographs with the participation of Jean-Loup Sieff. The Magazine wants to be glamorous, trendy, quirky at times. We also find Karl Lagerfeld and Kenzo, a report in the South Bronx, book reviews, the night at the Palace, the Grace Jones concert in Saint-Tropez… A very nice review.
