Rare flyer for a concert organized in favor of the artist Wayne County at the Manhattan Center. Wayne County had been at the origin of the big fight at CBGB following homophobic remarks he had suffered during one of his shows. This rock evening was organized by Cherry Vanilla with a program bringing together the greatest figures of New York punk-rock: Dee Dee Ramone, Mink deVille, Divine, Blondie, The New York Dolls, Suicide (Alan Vega), Richard Hell, Chris Stein, etc. This concert was to raise funds so that Wayne County could defend itself after a lawsuit was filed.
