Little known book whose title in English would be “And What about Paris? What Was She Like?”. Jan Ságl brings together in this book his photographs taken between 1982 and 1986 in the streets of the French capital. We find there the atmosphere of the Halles district (then the trendy center), the bourgeois districts, the calm of the Rive Gauche and Le Quartier Latin but also a bit of the suburbs (with in particular the new town of Saint-Quentin and Marne la Vallée). A very beautiful book that recalls the atmosphere of those years.
