Rare and extraordinary catalog of the first exhibition dedicated to punk art in 1978 in Washington D.C. and directed by Marc Miller, Bettie Ringma and Alice Denney. The exhibition recognized a movement at that time breaking with the art world and highlighted visual artists connected to this music around places like CBGB and the Mudd club in New York. In the pages of this catalog we find the universe of this American punk with Alan Suicide, John Holstrom, Chris Stein, Miller & Ringma, the Ramones and even an interview with Andy Warhol.
